Nuudle finds relationships between pieces of information that have not been anticipated and summarizes the most relevant information in context.
High-precision localization of radio transmitters is a challenging problem, especially in indoor scenarios where GPS is not available. We train a deep neural network on high-dimensional radio fingerprints from a Massive MIMO array to achieve unprecedented centimeter localization accuracy in various scenarios. The labeled dataset for training is acquired automatically with the help of a GPS equipped drone and a custom-built low-cost channel sounder, scalable to hundreds of antennas.

We gather in same virtual location a musician, captured with 3D cameras, with audience, wearing VR goggles. The musician plays in a studio. Several viewers, each in different locations, view and listen to the performance from different angles, as both musician and audience are rendered into a fancy virtual space. The 3D video flows are transported from the musician to the viewers over 5G. The viewers can even interact during the performance. Joint demo with Mimesys, a startup from Station F incubator.

Powered by Bell Labs, discover a novel full digital technology for low cost integrable massive MIMO 4G-5G cell for capacity boosting to accelerate 5G revolution coming in the cities. Demonstration shows a 4G/5G full digital high integrated mMIMO radio head at 3.7GHz made of single FPGA and 2x12 antenna array. The machine is front haul connected with Open Air Interface (OAI) through 10 Gb/s ethernet and generates two beams. First one shows a LTE 20 MHz carrier for applicative FTP and video transmission. Second beam holds a 5G 100MHz RF carrier for 3GPP analysis.
This demonstration shows how a 4.9G network using Nokia’s AirScale and Cloud Packet Core can improve road safety and reduce potential accidents for first responders (e.g. ambulances, fire, police) as they navigate their vehicle through busy city streets during an emergency. The significantly reduced latencies of the distributed architecture of the Cloud Packet Core enables the emergency vehicles equipped with this technology to obtain real-time visual aids and information about upcoming traffic congestion and potential collisions with vehicles and/or pedestrians. The driver of the first responder vehicle can then improve his reaction time and avoid accidents.
